Collaboration

I have fostered strong partnerships with state legislators, school board members across the state, district leaders, administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and students.  This has equipped me with a deep understanding of local needs and a collaborative approach to finding solutions. My ability to listen empathetically and build trust has enabled me to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.  

I am very excited to be part of the development of a community coalition called Partners 4 Prevention, which is bringing stakeholders throughout Murray together to help lift and support the children in our community. It consists of representatives from police, fire, business leaders, city officials, schools, the health department, students, and others.
